In 2017, he moved to Hong Kong and produced an innovative restaurant. In 2018, he was selected as one of the Top 5 Chefs in Hong Kong for Japanese cuisine. Currently, he has established Food Design by HIDEAKI NAGAYA in Tokyo, producing restaurants in Japan and abroad under the concept of "designing new values in food". He is currently the exective chef the main dining room, Shakuroku-kan, at Canolly Resorts.
